GET YOUR CERTIFICATE
We work with Elevate Holistics, whose physicians provide certification via telehealth and assist with submitting the state’s required paperwork.

SUBMIT YOUR DOCS ONLINE
If you’d like to see a physician of your choosing in person, after you’ve received your certification from him/her, you’ll need to submit the appropriate documentation online at the Missouri DHSS website. Dont forget to view the checklist.

PRINT YOUR CARD
Once approved you will need to print your card as they do not provide or mail hard copies of the cards. You’ll need to present your card and a photo ID in order to enter any of Missouri’s dispensaries.

SHOP ANY OF MISSOURI'S DISPENSARIES
Once you’ve submitted your documentation online to DHSS, you’ll receive notification of your approval or a request for more information if applicable. You’ll need to print your card as they do not provide or mail hard copies of the cards. You’ll need to present your card and a photo ID in order to enter any of Missouri’s dispensaries.

Where can I consume the cannabis I buy?Per 19 CSR 30-95.030, no qualifying patient shall consume marijuana for medical use in a public place, unless provided by law. 19 CSR 30-95.010 defines a public place as any public or private property, or portion of public or private property, that is open to the general public, including but not limited to, sidewalks, streets, bridges, parks, schools and businesses. What do I do if I lose my card?If you lose your patient card, you can easily reprint your certification via your Missouri Medical Marijuana Program Registry Account (MMMP). Registered patients and caregivers are required to have their ID card available when purchasing or in possession of medical marijuana. How much cannabis can I purchase as a medical patient?The qualifying patient’s physician may certify up to four ounces of dried, unprocessed marijuana, or its equivalent, in a 30-day period. If there is a compelling reason why the qualifying patient needs a greater amount, then the Department requires two independent physician certifications specifying what other amount the qualifying patient needs.
